Other ideas and stir-ins:
Add a few drops of mint extract to chocolate for a "Girl Scout Cookie"
Add a few drops of mint and green food color to vanilla for a "Grasshopper"
Add 1 Tbs. SF DaVinci Caramel, 1 1/2 tsp. SF DaVinci Hazelnut to chocolate for a "Snickers"
Add a dash of cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg and a sprinkle of Buter Buds for "Eggnog"
Add a Tbs of low fat cream cheese and a few frozen strawberries or cherries to vanilla for "Strawberry Cheesecake"
Add a few frozen cherries to chocolate for "Black Forest"
To make Hot Protein Drinks:
1 scoop of chosen protein
1 oz of cold water
Mix together until this forms a glue-like consistency.
Meanwhile, microwave (6 oz.) water for 2 minutes (to hot, NOT BOILING)
Stir ho****er into pre-mixed protein.
I have done this every night before bed over the winter. I use chocolate or cappaccino protein, then I add 2-3 tsp. Sugar Free, caffeine free International Coffee (usually Suisee Mocha) and use 10 oz water.
International Coffee has a sugar free Chai Tea that is good with vanilla or vanilla-cinnamon protien.
Use your imagination and come up with great combinations! There is no reason for protein to be a boring chore!
