I have a toothache

Have I ever told you guys how terrified I am of dentists?  I had a horrible experience when I was little and it's tainted me forever.  I need one that deals with BIG babies. 

I woke up with some pain in one tooth, I know exactly which one it is and I knew it would eventually happen, just wi**** wasn't while I was still healing from surgery.  I have a crown on that tooth and they are going to have to remove the crown and do a root canal I'm sure.   you would think with all the pain that I have been through this wouldn't matter but it does....I HATE pain, especially in my mouth!

Okay so does anyone know of any good dentists that deal with sissys??  my last one was GREAT but he moved his practice to Plainfield....won't drive that far.

Amy you are NOT kidding!!  The pain I had after surgery wasn't as bad as this is.  It's in my ear and my jaw today as well.  Of course I can't find a dentist that is open on Saturdays which means I will spend the weekend in pain or asleep from my liquid Lortab I still have.  I took 1/2 a dose before bed last night, made it 4 hours and woke up at 2:30am with throbbing pain....I got up and promptly took a full dose and then slept til this morning.  I cannot chew anything because the slightest touch to that tooth sends pain throughout my head. 

I can't believe how bad the pain can get so fast with a tooth.
