Friday Roll Call

Morning all!  I'm doing pretty good today.  Up and ready to go.  I have a chiropractic appointment followed by a visit to the doctor.  I called a very popular bariatric surgeon in my area, and his nurse said that he will probably take me on for fills!  They want to see the surgical report and films, but she sounded fairly certain that he would be willing!  I've got plenty of time until my first fill, but I'm excited just the same.  My scale shows about 10 pounds down, but that is unofficial for now.  I'm still working on sip sip sipping!  Yesterday I was able to get about 72 ounces down for the whole day.  It's starting to get a little easier.  Have a great weekend! Good Morning Paul, seems that you and Karey were on the same wave length this morning with the roll call.  I posted over there, but didn't want you to feel left out.

That's great that you can get that much liquid down already, I still struggle to just get 1/2 of that down.  Then again the band might be different than the RYN too.

I'm doing not much today, like usual.  I do need to get out at some point in the next day or two to get food and bedding for my guenia pig, Hank.  My family neglected him while I was in the hospital and now I have to figure out how to fatten him up again, he lost a lot of weight too!  lol

Good morning.... Paul and Monica sounds like you are both doing great. It is an exciting time to get on the scales and see them going DOWN instead of up! I get excited with ever pound that see gone. My grandson paid me the best compliment this morning, I was in the car driving to the bus barn to go to wok when he said grandma your fat is leaving....I not understanding said WHAT ....he said well use to when you drove your belly could drive the car but now it dose not touch the wheel....I wanted to pull over and give this 6 yr old the biggest hug he ever had. I just said well thank you. I think I was floating on cloud nine. So  guess thats the best Mothers Day gift I could have gotten!!! Best of luck to you both!
