Good Morning,

I am babysitting the kids today and I am doing a mothers day project w/ them.  I have to go to Maddie's school to cook garlic bread for the teachers.  We are serving pasta to all the teachers for teacher apprecation week.  Yesterday we served them lunch and then after school we made banana splits for them.  Next year I am PTO president and I hope I can do as a good of a job as they have this year!!  I haven't recieved word yet about the lawn mower.  I will give farm and fleet a call this morning and ask what's going on.  They picked it up two days ago.

My God!!!  the weight is coming off sooooo slow!!!  Is this normal???  Maddie and ran a mile yesterday for  National Run a Mile Day yesterday.  We got caught in the rain.  My legs are getting harder and bigger, but no weight loose in the past week.  I don't feel like I need a fill yet.  Last night I made rosemary and garlic chicken and I only ate about a 1/2 cup.

We have soccer tonight and I pray it dosn't rain!!!  Ryan even said he might go and see us play.  I hope everyone has a good day!!!!

Kim

Good morning friends. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile as I have been cranky with nothing positive to say. I still can eat only mushies. I go back to the doc on 5/19 and if I am still the same way he said he will do an xray. I am working today then traveling to Merrionette Park tonight to see my favorite band, DOT DOT DOT. It's a long drive but they are worth it. So, that means I get to go shopping this afternoon for something new to wear! I love shopping. Everyone have a great day! Theresa, Rockford 234 / 183 / 140

Ok I haven't had much to say lately so I haven't been able to post about anything.  Well until yesterday that is. I was invited to have a lunch with Jim Belushi.  It wasn't just us, but a luncheon, and he was really cool.  What you see on According to Jim is similar to how he was in person.  Really cool guy (even for a Cubs fan). While at the luncheon, I got a call that went to voice mail.  After the luncheon, (where I got a lot of compliments on my weight loss) I listened to the voice mail.  It was from the company I applied to in March, interviewed with on the phone in April, and had a face to face interview in May (yeah not the fastest process). Well the voice mail said ......... Yeah I am making you scroll down.  Suspenseful isn't it? Hasn't the weather been nice lately? Oh you want to know what the voice mail said? IT WAS A JOB OFFER!!!!!!  I start working downtown at the end of the month!!!!!!!  Was it worth the wait? Ok back to normal me, not pain in the rear me.  Paul sorry about the UTI, but congrats (I guess) on not being dehydrated. Well that is it for me.  I will talk to you all soon, and please don't hit me for making you all scroll so much.

Hi everybody.  I'm new here.  I live in central Illinois. I'm just starting the bariatric surgery journey.  I meet with my primary physician on May 21st.  I know from my insurance company (Health Alliance) what I need to do to get my surgery approved. Hopefully everything will work out the way I want.  I made a decision about what I want to do and now I'm really excited to get it done. I wish this process didn't have to take so long.  I just wanted to say hello and THANKS for all your helpful information for what is (hopefully) going to happen in my future. Heidi
