I"m a little late, but Welcome Home Paul! We've all moved over to make room for you on the losers bench! I found a heating pad helped with some of the gas. I think you know the mantra...walk,walk,walk, sip,sip,sip,rest,rest,rest! I promise each day will get better.

Paul glad you are home and safe, welcome to the loser's bench.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
