I hit my goal weight of being in the 100s. I weigh 193!! Im so happy. I never thought I would get there. I dont remember the last time I weighed that!!

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Thanks. yes I am feeling better!! I am busy with packing and going through things because i am moving. My friend kimberely is having her surgery at the end of this month so she is starting to have doubts so i have been reassuring her
