Chicken Question

You know those chickens you can buy all cooked up already in some grocery stores?  Or like the chicken at Boston Market, it's like it's rotisseire chicken??  Can I eat that meat if I take off the skin??  It's so moist and tender....

its trial and error.  For me, my pouch doesn't like chicken.  If it doesn't have gravy or sauce it doesn't go down.

I always use those. It is so much easier since ther is only 2 of us, and we both work.

Might be OK. Just be careful. A lot of folks can't tolerate chicken early on.  So try a little and see how it goes.
