I DID IT!!!! I weighed this morning and BAM I am down to 211.8!!!! I am now at a loss of 100.2 pounds!!! I want to go run around Chicago and just yell all about it!
Next up is to get my BMI below 30, which is just 6.1 pounds away at 205.7. Today is a good day!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
