Dear Dawn: It was a huge surprise to me. He was so courteous and then when he complimented me, well..... that put me at ease. He was not at all what I expected. I was happy too when he said he would send the letter of clearance to Dr. Guske in the same day. They have a computer program for the physician office that they use. I thought I saw a letter of clearance while he was with me... I'll be checking with the office staff to make sure they get the letter before I go on vacation. Lucy
