Medicaid Bariatric Surgeon in Illinois?

My daughter is on Illinois medicaid and in dire need of WLS surgery. Do any of you know of doctors who will accept medicaid for this surgery? She is in the Champaign/Decatur area but I am sure she would travel to wherever she needs to go. Thank you for any information you may have to help her.
