My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Hi Janet, it was nice meeting you and your husband on Saturday. I did enjoy yesterday afternoon, Ava and Vince came over and we went for a walk to the park. It really was a beautiful day yesterday!

Lisa, I had all kinds of problems posting those pictures. It would only let me post 3 at a time. I tried 5 and uploaded them, but who knows where they went. My daughter said to try 1 at a time and that worked. Good luck with uploading yours.
