What started as a ...........

good day, got crazy fast. I always try to get on OH in the morning, before I go to work. Well, this morning i decided to jump on the Email first, since I haven't looked at it all week. I got on, enough to notice a note from ipass telling me that I need to update the credit card info, since it will be out by the end of the month. I couldn't do that, my dsl decided to stop working. So, besides I couldn't get online, I couldn't get on OH either! MAJOR BUMMER!   So, i figured I would get to work a bit early, and get on there. That didn't happen either, I was bombed with clients today, and was lucky to even get part of a lunch hour, I worked during part of it too, Needless to say, there was no time to play on the internet. I got home really late, just in time to go for supper with DH. When  we got home, I figured I would jump on and catch up with todays posts. Still no internet, so now its starting to annoy me. I called the help line, and after 45 min., they decided I needed a new modem. I'm thinking, NO OH for 3 to 4 days, Whatever am I to do!  But since I never listen to anyone anyway, I tryed the internet again, and it worked, Not sure what we did, I am not going to question it.  In the old days, I would of stopped for a Starbucks on the way home, and drowned myself in sweetness. In fact, I would of stopped going to work and on the way home. But instead, I drank my Crystal Lite and had a string cheese. BTW, they are sending me a new modem. I just have to send the old one back. Hugs

ouch - I know the feeling as we are having router problems. Dave is going to buy another one today and then I have to install the software on four PCs in the next couple of days. Somewhere in there I will need to call the help desk also and they are not 24/7 either so it will need to be during the daytime hours and be walked through connecting to the antenna to Palatine. CB
