Monday roll call

Good morning IL, how was everyones weekend? Mine was a big bore, not much today it was cold and windy, went to breakfast with Jims sister and then home, The Sun was out in the AM but did not last long, but today looks like it will stay around for the day, I sure hope, Today I am doing the wash, and some cleaning, I have to go the post office and the vet for some more dog food, but other then that not much going on for me, So what do you all have going on this fine day?

I know that I haven't been around for a while.  I'm still hanging in.  As I've said from the beginning, I'm just always too tired.  Well, I got my 3 months post op labs back and...I'm low on my iron among other things. 

I have no idea how everyone is doing?  I'm dying to catch up on everyone, but I do need to get to work today.  I am hoping to go to Miss Lucys party this Saturday.  I have no idea yet what I want to bring.

Good morning Janet and Illinois! I had a nice weekend. Two of the grandchildren came to visit Saturday.  On Sunday I went shopping for a birthday gift for Vince, who will be 2 in May. When I go for my walk today, I will walk to Walgreen's to pick up my husbands prescriptions. Not much going on here today! Have a great day everyone!

My weekend was nothing but work work work!!!  Maddie and I went to my parents house and got some landscape equipment ready for a guy to come and look at.  Then I ran all over Dundee and Algonquin trying to track down more heavy equipment that my dad still had out at job sites.  Okay..picture this, me hooking up a trailer to a dump truck and then driving it back to my parents house to then unhook it and then line up all the skid stears by the hydro seeder.  I've always loved working outside and in the dirt, but some of this equipment is sooo heavy!

That was Sat...Sun we went to see my dad at the hospital and then back home so I could make a dent in the house chores.

This morning I got a call from Maddies teacher asking if I would go on a field trip w/ the class to a grocery store at 8:45.  I guess I better get moving.  Then I have a 2:30 PTO meeting and then up to the hospital to see my dad.  I have a ton of appointments to make today and the rest of the house to clean when I get home from the field trip.  I had a couple of questions that popped in my head over the weekend and I will post them later!  I hope everyone enjoys the sun!!!!

Good morning Janet and the rest of Illinois! I am working today, as usual.  Later, I may go into Hoffman Estates to visit Monica, or I could go to support group in Madison.  If I decide I am too tired, I will just go home. I am getting ready for my trip to New Orleans.  My aunt is very emotional and it is looking like this might be a difficult trip instead of a pleasurable one.  I hope she "gets a grip" pretty soon so that we can have a decent time. I'd better get back to work now though........check in later!

Morning!  Its a crazy morning at work like every Monday UGH.  But things are  ok here, my surgery is Wednesday and I am far from having everything in order.   Well I do work best under pressure so I am sure ill get everything set.  Although with everything that happened with Monica I have been having horrible cold feet.  I know its only a small percentage of people that have problems, but still scares the hell out of me!

Good Morning, I too had an unevental weekend. I am hoping work today is the same way, but I really doult it When I get home tonight I have to run to the cell phone store, My cell died over the weekend, but I didn't realize it until this morning when I tryed to call DH at work. It all lite up like its suppose to be, but, no incoming calls or outgoing calls. I have had it 2 years, so maybe its time for a new one. I need to go, will finish this later, my phones at work here aren't working right either! Ok, got the work phones going, and some clients helped. now , I am waiting to see what happens this afternoon.  Everyone have a good day, Hugs

Hi all my Illinois Friends!  It's so nice to be back at a computer after three days off.  I couldn't get an internet connection at my friend's house in LA.  But now I'm in Seattle and back on line.  My weekend was okay, but I spent most of it sitting around with my friend.  He's out of work so we kept it low key.  The good new is that I woke this morning with blood sugar numbers at 97!!!  Although these numbers are being controled with insulin, it's still nice to know that I will be going into my surgery with decent levels.  Only 19 more days until my banding!!!  I'm getting really excited about Lucy's party this saturday.  It's a really busy weekend for us.  We have a concert to attend on Friday, the party on Saturday and then my son's birthday party on Sunday!  Then a week of work in town.  Then I'm off to do a project in Orlando which will end with my going for my Lap-Band!  I'm then taking a week to recover in which I will tell the company I am unavailable.  That will be the first time in years that I will be "unavailable".  Of course, I will end up coming back to the same craziness, but at least I'll be on my way to having my health and energy back.  I look forward to seeing everybody on Saturday. Hello Everybody!!!!  Just signed up a few days ago.  I have my first consult on Thursday, and I am very excited!!!! Hope it goes fast from there!!!  Cant wait to get to know everyone :)
