I was woundering if anyone has used Healthlink hmo/ tier 1,2,or3  State of il.   Did they require a pre-op diet?  If so how long?  How long did it take you to get approved?  Thank you in advance!

I have Healthlink.  No, they didn't require a pre-op diet.  It took me 30 days to get approved. If I can help you with anything else, just let me know. Dee

Thank you, I have been searching the insurance site, diffrent forums and countless profiles looking for members  that have used Health link. I have only ran across members who had the RYN. I will use tier 1/Hmo. I will be attending a seminar hopefully on the 21st of this month, Peoria Surgical Group requires a 395 fee. I'm glad to hear no pre-op diet is required, I know they do require medical necessity.   I shouldn't have a problem fitting that criteria.
