Help With Motivation!
Well, part of my doctor's pre surg program was that we HAD to be participating in an exercise program that we could handle (personally designed for each person around their limitations) for 3 months before. Therefore when we had our surgery it was ingrained in us to carry it foreward and was a part of our daily life. We had to prove this with written logs for our exercise, eating, vitamin taking, water ingestion and eating times and quantities. LifeWeigh Bariatrics takes a holistic approach to the person's pre surg and PO life style changes.
That being said it is just something that you have to do and not get motivated to do. It is a part of your daily life just like hygene. You have to make the time to do it.
As far as nausea after eating I am not qualified to answer that - I think you need to touch base with your medical professional on that. I have not had any nausea since I was in the hospital. That being said each person's metabolic body is different and that is why I think that you should talk to your doctor or staff.
Stop back in and see us and come to the daily roll call and introduce yourself. We love to have new members share their lives with us. By the way where do you work in law enforcement? I work at Itasca PD and have been there since 1979 as a 911 tele communicator and now in criminal records.

Motivation has to come within. I just knew I had to go more in order to utilize the tool I was given. As far as feeling nausea, I would eat then sit and relax for a few min and that seemed to help. It went away after a few months but sometimes I still get it if im trying to do something right after i eat
