wELL i AM BACK

and trying to find a solution to my weight problems, I am not sure that WLS is answer and I have had stumbling blocks all along the way. I have attended seminars and meetings for new start in St. Louis and am now just wanting some one close to where I live in Carrollton,Il. about 70miles north of St. louis to chime in if you have any experience with them. My problem is really at this point trying to get to appointments and meeting requirements of the  program. I know this sounds like I am using excuses and I guess I am but this is very hard for me. I really have misgivings about this and I just want to be sure before I commit. Have any of you had any experience with The Bariatric Unit at DesPere Hospital?  I know this is an Illinois forum but most of the post and such are from the northern part of Illinois and if I go that direction I have to know that it is the right decision.  I know this sounds very crazy but at this stage I am crazy.    Thanks for listening and hope everyone has a great day.

Carolyn, Dee lives in Wood River and had her WLS at Barnes-Jewish in St. Louis. Whatever you decide, its up to you. Noone can tell you what is the best way or where to go. Good Luck in your quest. Lisa
