Gina, It sounds like your band doesn't like beef. Mine doesn't either, but it will allow me to eat hamburger.
Our bands will rule us, not the other way around. Mine is happy one day, and nothing will stay down the next. We will prevail.
There should be a rule that men cannot stay home from work, and definitly not needed to be treated like a child. I feel for you, as a few others will tell you too.

A plan without action is a dream... Action without a plan is a nightmare...

Good morning everyone. Was up early this morning and went to meet a new guy for coffee this am. Met him at a local reasturant about 8:30 and we had such fun talking to each other and learning about each other that an hour and a half just flew by. Turns out he graduated from the same high school I did but 2 years ahead of me.
I'm finally being able to keep solids down again and the medicine that the MD gave me is finally kicking in so I'm not waking up 2-3 times a night with acid reflux. Can't wait for the swelling to completely disappear so I can my fill back in my band. I can tell it's gone down some because I'm occassionally feeling hungery before I should. I'm may be ready for a fill by the time I see the MD again the first Thursday of next month.
I have to go for my second interview at Delnor hospital today. This one is a peer interview. Hoping to hear about the job one way or the other by the end of the week. Already checked into how much COBRA was going to cost so at least I can plan ahead a little. Working at Mercy tonight, tomorrow night and then all weekend.
Prayers and thoughts go out to Monica.

hey everyone. Well it is another quiet day (well actually the first quiet day I have had in a while. I know I forgot to mention this, but a week ago, I got myself a new spring jacket. and have since goten new shirts. THEY ARE A LARGE!!!!!! I am still waiting for the X to show up, but until then, I am wearing a large!!!!! YAY!!!
Guten Abend or good afternoon in English. I survived the CPR/AED recert training. Man, I can never remember what the compression and rescue breath numbers are. Anyways, it is 30 and 2 for those of you that do not remember either. The AED training is easy as you just slap the sticky pads on the skin and let the machine do the rest.
Had a lot of e-mails to catch up on, arrest report copies to print and also copy a FOIA (freedom of information act) request to do when I got in this morning. That is all done and now I am chillin' here at the 'puter.
Not going to do much tonight but probably go to early, man I am tired as I guess I am on Eastern time.
