Hi Lucy, My prayers are with you. I hope this is just a minor set back that will pass quickly. Liz and I have already arranged a babysitter for the 19th. I'm traveling for work up until that friday, but Liz has instructed me to send her a list of ingrediants for the guac and salsa so I can make it for the party! I also found that I had a can of crab meat hanging out in the fridge, so I may bring some crab dip too! Don't worry about all the cancelations. If there's only a few of us, we'll still have a great time! Paul

Hi Paul. Thanks for the prayers. I sure do need them. I'll have to try your salsa and guac. Sounds delicious! I already have 2 or 3 cancellations. I can't help it; it gets depressing to me. Weather is not an issue now; I could understand it in December when we had the ice storm. Hope you'll get a little rest before the party! See you soon. Lucy

Hi Lucy, Sorry you're not feeling all that great! Hope Thusday the doc can help give you some relief. I am so sorry I will miss this get tgether, none of my kids could get off work to make the trip with me. I don't like to go that far by myself....its 198 miles from my house. Maybe the next one . Good luck at the dr and I do hope no surgery is in your future! Karen

Lucy, Lucy, Lucy - just wanted to give you the good word that Dave and I will DEFINITELY be at your party as we would not miss it for anything. I have had reminders on my Outlook calendar for the last couple of months. If you do not have our phone numbers just PM me and I will give them to you again. Hi Chris. I am so glad you and Dave are coming to the party. I'm sure that you can tell how disappointed I am that a number of people are not coming for whatever reasons. I can't help feeling this way since the last party was a bust because of the weather and as this one was planned well in advance with input from everyone. Thanks also for your offer to do some last minute planning. I think I'll put up a post today to find out who is definitely coming and what they plan on bringing.
