Yes, the scale has finally moved after two weeks at a stall. It is official I am down 50 lbs!!!!! I no longer can shop in the women's section, I have to go to the misses. But, right now size 16s will are just about too big and the 14s are too tight. I am so close to onederland I can taste it, and I am also 7 lbs away from the goal that Dr. Kane set for my 3 month check up

Wendi that is great news, I too am have sizing problems inbetween two sizes , Keep up the good work girl. you are doing great.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Thank yous to everyone for their support. I am actually wearing a skirt that I bought when my daughter graduated high school in 2004, and it was only worn once. Shopping is a must this weekend, as I can not go to work naked.
