Monday Roll Call
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Hi Paul and all of my Illinois friends ! I just got home from working a 16 hour shift so once I get the kids on the bus, I will be sleeping ! My prayers and thoughts are with Monica and her family.I know she is in great hands. Paul, have safe travels...I am sure the time will go fast. And thanks to you and Kim for your encouraging words Saturday ! Have a great day everybody ! Amy

The sun is shining but its cold. It is supposed to warm up though. Today for me its get the house cleaned up, get laundry done and then do my exercises.
I did have a great WOW moment this morning though. People I have coffee with every morning was cutting done WLS in general. When one of the older ladies looked at me and said you have really lost weight you're legs are getting smaller. I stated I am down close to 75 pounds and have went from a size 22 pants to a 12. It felt great to be noticed. I have not shared with this group or any one in town that I have had the lapband done. I might someday but for now I don't feel its the time. I have heard them say bad things about getting WLS done. So for now its my secret!
Monica will keep you in my prayers!!!
Have a great week Illinois
Karen
Good evening Illinoisans! I have been reading but not posting for a while--too many workshops and too tired but this week looks kind of normal for a change, so maybe I'll be posting more.
Good news about Monica finding the computer. Good luck with the doctor and good luck also to those having surgery soon. We are looking forward to the party on the 19th!
