Good morning my friends,

I woke up early today and got Maddie off to school.  I am taking the day off of going to the hospital.  I have already gotten alot done around the house.  My OCD was kicking in, because my house was not clean and picked up, so I was going crazy.  I feel MUCH better now that things are getting done.  Boy, this puppy is alot of work.  My family has been fighting since we got him, and now I don't know if it's worth it??  I feel real bad about it. 

I weighed myself last night and I'm still at a stand still.  I'm eating like a bird.  I think I will get on the elliptical today for a bit.  Once I get the house cleaned and laundry done, I want to make some cards and do some scrapbooking.  I hope everyone has a good day!

Chris, have fun on vacation!!  I am so glad that Jim is doing so good!  The cruise will do him wonders! 

People mistakedly think because they are eating like birds that they will drop the #s, not true. Your body is used to having all those calories and now you are basically starving it. It will adjust eventually but in the meantime give your scale to someone to take care of for a while. Rely on the scale at the Kane Center only and you will be pleasantly surprised. Watch how your clothing is fitting because you might be dropping inches right now. Now is the time to take your measurements as a base line and then take your measurements on a monthly basis.  CB

Good Morning everyone!   Work has been busy so havent had alot of time to post.  But I need to start posting more.   I am still shock still after receiving my sugery date last night.  Not so much  that I have a date but in shock that it is so soon lol.  So my date is April 16th YIKES I have just 2 weeks to get everything in order.  So its going to be a crazy 2 weeks for me.  And besides having to get myself ready for sugery my dad is having knee replacement tommorrow and also my sister has been in the hospital for gallbladder problems! 

CONGRATULATIONS on getting your date! Your new life will be starting before you know it! Don't forget to take a little time for yourself during these next 2 busy weeks!

Good afternoon all. Christine, can you send some warm weather up our way?  Please...lol  Hope you and Dave have fun, you two deserve it. I have had a bad cold, and I think it is this crazy weather.  I am just messing around on the internet, and reading a book.  I bought some material on ebay to make a blanket for DH and his Illini room. Still don't know about the April get together.  Now it may be the price of gas being the problem.

Good Day It's not mornin now lol. I am new and am going to try and post more often. I just had my papers sent off to insurance and they sent a letter requesting more info and me to have a 6 month diet supervised. Which stinks! I did not want to have to wait 6 long months. I guess it's part of the process. Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Stephanie
