Tuesday Roll Call

Thought I would get roll call in before this site decides to act funny again like yesterday :) I did not check in other than to lurk because I had a lot on my plate at work and wanted to clean up a lot of paperwork before today. Hopefully I will have help today as I do not want to stay much past 4pm I need to be out of there for an apt. tonight. One of the other girls is on spring break with her kid and took 2+ weeks off. She is part time and I am the only full timer. My other part timer said she would not be in today so it is just me and the four walls etc. Hopefully there will not be too many people wanting things or phone calls. I always hate it when we have a lot of accidents the day before because people then are calling for copies of their reports or I have to explain something to them. With that rain we had yesterday . . . Well-going into work  an hour early today and will keep the door shut so I am not interrupted for a while. Maybe I can hide  like this little guy, I do have a large cube area . . . Good morning Christine and IL, Not much going on today, I have a friend coming over this am and we are doing   some sewing, Christine I bet you are ready for that Vacation, enjoy it, and very good new about Jim, well everyone have a great day . 

I miss sewing, embroidery, cross stitch, crewel work, hook rugs, crochet you name it. I just do not have the time anymore. I still get the craft catalogs from Mary Maxum and Herrschners. I also go on the Michael's and Joann's websites from time to time.  I should qualify in that we leave on Thursday morning for FL but I took Wed and next Tues off also. Technically I took vacation time on those days but I need to do things around the house to get ready and do laundry the day after. It is great news about Jim and the best part is that he will still be able to go on their cruise to Alaska on May 30th. The doctors have given him the go ahead for that. He is taking his whole family, 2 kids, their spouses, 6 grandkids and my SIL. CB

Good Morning Illinois, Christine, I hope that you can hide for a while longer today,  Have fun on your vacation. I was able to yesterday, we had very few come in due to the weather. I think people are afraid of melting. But I know, today will be busy, as well as tomorrow. Janet, you seem to have some good plans for today. I haven't had my sewing machine out for years. I have a bag of small odd size quilt squares that I should do something with, I was thinking of putting a  travel bag together with them. This is the odds amd ends of material that I have left after I make rugs.  HUGS LISA I am off to work, will check in later if I can. Its only 3 days til FRIDAY!

Good Morning Everyone I know I have been gone for a bit, I have started a new job and it is taking alot of time up right now... Although nothing much is new either. I am down a few pounds but it feels like I lose 2 pounds and then there it will sit for weeks and weeks..UGH so hard to understand that. I must be doing something wrong I just haven't fiqureded it out yet..I am glad everyone seems well and doing good, Christine I am so glad your Brother is doing better.... Kim I am glad your surgery went well and I am sure I am forgetting a person or two here but I am so happy everyone seems to be doing good. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.... Martha

Good Morning Christine and the rest of Illinois! I am just working today.  My car should be getting repaired today too.  I might stop by my Aunt's house this evening for a little visit, we will see. Have a great time in Florida....I am jealous......I loved it when we were there in October.  Todd said the other day that we should go back every year for our anniversary.  I hope we do! Nothing else exciting goin on with me at the moment. Have a lovely day all!

Good morning Christine and Illinois! I wish I was going on vacation with you! Glad to hear your brother will be coming home. The only things I have to do today are laundry and a run to the hospital for my pre-op bloodwork. 7 more days to a new life! Have a great day everyone!

Not much going on today Illinoisans. Just a regular work day. I went in early to get extra paperwork done and I have already finished it.
