Monday Roll Call
Good Morning Everybody! I guess I'm the early bird once again. It is a typhoon out there this morning! But I made it to work and now I'm safely tucked away in my office for another work day! The weekend was a quick blur, but I did go to my first WLS support group gathering at Centegra. It was great! I met so many nice folks who are going (or have gone) through this process, and it really gave me a whole lot of strength. Jennifer, I want to thank you for telling me about it. I'm not sure if you were there or not. There was one "Jennie" but it didn't look like the picture you have posted. In any case, please seek me out at the next meeting so I can say thanks in person. Yesterday I helped a friend change out his microwave above his stove. I've done this type of stuff before, but this time it took 6 hours! We had the hardest time getting the old one down. But we were eventually successful and they are back to cooking with radiation again! I'll tell you, there's nothing like seeing all the sticky greese from years gone by, to help in controlling one's appetite! Although I have a list of doctors who will perform fills on "Mexico" patience, I would love to hear about your doctor's and if they will take on others. I've done a lot of research on the proceedure, hospital and doctor who will do it, but I don't know the local doctors here in Illinois. Stay dry and have a great opening day (GO CUBS!).
