Medicaid for Plastics

Has anyone on Illinois Medicaid had plastic surgery paid for (breast lift) ?  If so, what was the process like and how long did it take?  Thanks!

honestly I don't even think regular insurance pays for that. I think they  considered that  vanity not nessassity? good luck to you dee
