Hey Everyone Can you just give me a little post so I know you guys are movin out there and not dead?  Come on...you can do it!!!!! Well I did get to my boxing last night but not to the gym this morning.  I hope to take Rocky for a walk later as it's suppose to be nice today and then back to sleet and snow tomorrow and Friday. Let's do biceps!  Here are some great moves that will help you get ready for the sleeveless tops this summer.  We will do triceps tomorrow Biceps - try different weight to find your beginning weight Barbell curl - I think the lowest weight on the bar is 20lbs, if you find this to heavy to start, you can do dumbbells  Try 3 sets of 6-8 to start http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Biceps/BBCurl.html Incline dumbbell curl - 3 sets of 6-8 http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Biceps/DBInclineCurl.htm l Preacher curl - 3 sets of 6-8 http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Brachialis/BBPreacherCur l.html So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  I am pumped!  Are  you? I sooo very much need to work on my arms as my wedding dress is a halter and my arms are getting lazy! I have not been working out as much as I should but today I ran a mile and a half on the treadmill at the gym, came home and took my son and two dogs for another mile and a half walk. That is three miles of walking/running.  Good enough for this morning?  I am off work today and am hoping to get a couple of mile bike ride in soon. Have a good afternoon :)

Hi Kathy! I slept in this morning as I am now catching a cold and felt like I need the rest. I will TRY to get something in after work, but that does not alwyas work out so well (hence the usual 4 am....) We CAN'T be the only ones in the WHOLE STATE.....can we???? Have a great day and enjoy the weather while it lasts......

Hi Kathy, I walked for a half hour today.  Forgot my pedometer so I don't know exactly how far I walked.  It felt good!  Later I will be using my rubberbands.

Kathy, well I do exercise but I just do not sometimes have the time to post about it. I will try to be more diligent in posting to your thread.  I am a "walker" person. To and from work and then around my neighborhood. Chris

HI Kathy, Sorry for the late reply....just woke up!!! LOL We hiked Fullersburg woods area this morning.................the dogs loved it....(lots of trees ya know!!) Then some time on the treadclimber at b/f's house and some yoga too.  take care

Hey You..... Did you stop coming in the hood?  I wanted to see you.  Also, send me the info on the walk you mentioned was coming up. I see you are getting in shape for it.  Rocky and I went for a walk but his little leg kept going out.  So I don't think he is going to be doing much walking until his surgery... Take care, Kathy
