Easter Sunday Roll Call

Happy Easter Pam and Illinois. Hope everyone has a happy and relaxing day with family and friends! Ava and Vince spent the night last night and looked for eggs the bunny hid for them. Having small children around on a holiday morning is really fun! I wish my kids were little again... To Monica and Jackie-I wish for you both a quick and speedy recovery! Happy Easter!  The easter bunny forgot to stop by my house!  What's up with that??????  I'm still feeling like crap!  When will this all go away???  Also, I have another question...I can feel the band when I touch my tummy.  Is that normal or is everything still swollen from surgery?  Barry..I know what you mean about letting it out!!!  Lets just say that 4 days on liquids and gas don't go together!!!  Has anyone heard of a shart????  Okay to put this in a nice way...poop and a toot all together.  That's why I'm not going to far from the house until the gas gets better. Chris...I love the new picture of you and Dave!  You guys look so healthy and good!!!   Monica and Jackie...tomorrow is your big day!!!  Call me if you  need a shoulder to cry on!!!  I am going to go and sip on some more water and chill!!  Connie,  where is there a egg harbor around here?  I've heard they are great!!!  When I can eat again, I would like to get together w/ you some time for a nice luch or dinner at one of these nice places in Rockford!  Also, congrats on the other day.  You had alot of your students getting the info where they will be going.  My very good friend and neighbor that I grew up w/ went to Rockford for awhile and then he got NewOrleans.  He is a uroligist and now is in Nashville.  His name is Chris Walter. Cool guy!  Okay..better go!!! 

Yeah, Kim I have had "wet" ones also when I was just PO. Just remember that "water in = water out". It will get better. My sister had lap RNY (same gas situation) and it took her a little longer than where you are at right now to start to feel better. I promise you girlfriend that it will get better. Thanks on the pic. I had it on my PC for a long time and just today decided to resize it and add it. I still like the one with us in red because I can always see my little pic because of it showing up better. CB

Thanks Kim, I am just about to hit the shower with my special soap to use and then hit the sack.  I have to have Tyler at the middle school at 4:15am tomorrow morning for his trip to DC.  Then it's home, shower with that soap again, get dressed, take Austyn to Mike's bosses house for the day and head out to the hospital.  I am not nervous at all more excited...though I am not looking forward to "sharts"  LOL

Size 6........ thats awesome!!!!! Monica tomorrow is your big day. I will be thinking about ya! Sending an extra prayer your way too! Kim I know all to well about "SHARTS" No fun at all! Now my Easter went well. My husband left to go back on the road this am at 5 so I had no one to cook for so I took off with my mom to go see my Grandma. My aunt fixed a ham dinner but I chose not to eat. I don't want to get anything stuck in front of any one. I still have trouble remembering to eat slowly when I get with a group and I am having fun. My husband and I did get to go out for dinner Friday night. I let him choose and he chose the buffet at the casino (Paradice). I think I did well but, I would not have went if my mom had not given us a coupon. No more then I can eat and pay the price they charge, I can not see it.With the coupon its buy one get one free.She had an extra one that came in her local mail flyers so she and my brother went too. I did not get to see the grandkids this weekend but thats fine I have them all next week. Have a safe rest of the day Illinois. Karen
