I DO hope that you are feeling better soon. There is so much bad stuff going around right now. The calendar says Spring, but someone for got to tell Mother Nature......Oh well.....soon, I hope!
I DID get up and move this morning, and I did not realize that 3 weeks had already passed. I stayed in bed yesterday for the extra hour, and actually climbed back in this morning, but after 3 minutes, my brain kept saying, "you really need to get up......you will feel better if you do......you shouldn't skip 2 days in a row........you need to 'fess up on the thread........you really need to get up.......etc......." So I did and felt much better for doing so. I increased the tension on the bike and added another sprint, so I am up to 4 sprints of 70 seconds each during a 35-40 minute ride on the stationary bike.
I am still pretty disappointed in the fact that I seem to be maintaining instead of losing, but I am working on letting go of it........it seems to be where my body is happy, even if I am not. I need to remind myself to be thankful for what I HAVE and how far I have come in this journey. I could never have done this "on my own" and maybe, just maybe, sometime in the future, I will find the key to unlocking a bit more loss. Until then, I have to rejoice in the fact that I am so much happier and healthier than I was 2 years ago. Whishing you a Happy Spring and a hope that the snow disappears as quickly as it is supposed to come..........
