Did You Move To Lose Today? Are you tired all the time?
Hey Everyone
I just got back from my boxing class.... Do you find one of the reasons it's hard to workout is that you just plain feel tired all the time
I just wanted to make some suggestions that may help you.
Try and eat on time and often, this will help your blood sugar from falling to low.
Try and get some fresh air. Have you ever noticed no matter the weather if you walk to the mail box or pick up the paper that fresh air seems to wake you up and give a kick.
Now if you have kids I know this is hard by try and get at least 8 hours of sleep. We are so sleep deprived and it really makes a big difference in how we feel and our level of energy through out the day.
Try and not drink to much coffee and or caffeine related drinks. They wire you up and the make you crash.
For those of us that have had a weight loss procedure, always make sure your labs are up to date.
Hopefully with these suggestions you will find you can do that exercise and be shocked
to find working out recharges your batteries
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Ain't no moving out side for me today
We have this cold misty fog out and I can't see my hand in front of me. I am glad I went to my boxing class early...
Let's Jam people!!!!!!
Take care,
Kathy

Good afternoon Kathy!
Yes, I got up and did 30 total minutes on the bike with 3 very intense sprints every 3 miles. Not bad, considering I was very late getting home from the Rockford support group and didn't get to bed until at least 11. 4 am comes REALLY early, but I did it anyway. I am proud of myself.
Now, tonight.......early to bed for this girl (I hope)!
