Good morning everyone Todays the same as any other day for me LOL. Im getting ready to go to the chiropractor then Curves. After that Im going to look for a job. I really need a job. wish me luck and have a great day !!

Good morning Janet! It is good to see you posting, and hanging in there with Eddie.  I wish you both better luck!  Your attitude is awesome in the face of so many challenges. I missed you all over the weekend.  I just never got a chance to check in. Little Miss Riley was over and kept us all very busy.  On Friday night, she looked at me very serious and said, "I lub you Uma".  I though my heart would melt!  What a honey-girl!!!! She had a cough, runny nose and labored breathing, and this morning, when taken to the doctor, was prescribed a nebulizer for breathing treatments at home.  Amber said that the breathing treatment helped right away and that is good.  Liv had lots of middle of the night trips to the ER for breathing treatments, so I am glad that Riley will have one at home.  It is too early to call it asthma, but daddy does have asthma, so itis possible. I have made corned beef with all the trimmings for the office today, and they are all salivating. I am planning on going to the Rockford support group tonight, so I will see some of you there! I think it is SOOOO cool that Christy is heading to Florida!  I wish I was.

Just thought I'ld check in.  Got on the scale this maorning and am down another 4 lbs. Down to 250lbs.  Also traded my jeans in for a smaller size today as my Mom was making fun of how baggy my jeans were last night.  So now down to my size 22 jeans.  Yea.  Still friends with Jeff.  Talking to a couple of guys on Singles.net.  Both live in my area.  We'll see what happens.  Mr. Right is out there somewhere just got find him. Will keep all of you that need prayers in my prayers. Shelley

Hi Janet and all of Illinois.  Happy St. Paddy's day to everyone. I am praying for everyone, Janet you have been through so much and your DH..I never forget you in my prayers. Lucy I have had you in my prayers also I know what depression can do but with help we can make it.       I have been sick with inner ear infection, for about a week haven't had one of these in years. Forgot how bad the pain was..I am on ear drops for the swelling.  Feels like I lost my hearing.   I am doing good on my new life tool. I love my lapband.  I am down 40 pounds,  It isn't easy but it sure is worth it.  My daughters laugh at me with my baggy clothes but I refuse to buy anything.  My last purchase was a 5x and yesterday I put on a 3x top I had in the closet and Bingo it fit beautifully. When I hit the 50 pound loss I will get a new something or other.  I am still going on my threadmill 15 minutes everyday.   My best friend Margo was diagnosed with cancer on friday.  Please keep her in your prayers. We have been friends since kindergarten thats 53 years.  We have been at eachothers side for everything.   I am looking forward to the Secret pal..I have never been in anything like this.  Just remember everyone keep your chin's up and try and stay positive. Happy St Patrick's Day to all.  Here at my house though, it's not just St Patrick's Day, it's Tyler's 14th brithday today!  I can't believe my first born is 14 already!!  wow.

I worked today and will for the rest of this week (well I have Good Friday off) and then I am off for surgery and until I can find a new job.  My boss is filing bankruptsy this week.  Everything happens for a reason and I am trying not to freak out yet!  Monday sucks here so the idea of me being out of a job for too long scares the heck outta me. 

When Jacob gets home he will decorate Tyler's cake that I am baking right now and then after we get Tyler from track practice we will go to the Olive Garden for dinner.  After that we come home and sing happy birthday and eat cake!  lol..

I am keeping everyone in my prayers that life gets better for those who need it!

Happy St. Pat's to everyone. Everytime I started to respond to the roll call today, I had a client come in, so I was unable to post at the time. So, now that I am closed, It's my time for a break. For anyone who has not looked out recently, its raining. A cold wintry rain. They say its supose to be more spring like tomorrow. We need the Spring! Today we weren't busy so I was able to get my desk mostly cleaned out. It had gotten so cluttered I couldn't find a thing. So, now I can see the bottem of the drawers in all but one. That one I will finish on Thursday when I am back in this office again.  Marilyn, it is nice to see you posting. 40 lbs is great.  We did the corn beef and cabbage yesterday, or I should say, i made it and DH ate it. I tryed a peice and my tummy doesn't like it that used to be a real comfort meal for me. It does seem not to much agrees with my pouch. But the weight isn't pouring off either.  BTW, I ordered a couple of pairs of size 2x pants yesterday. In September I was wearing a 4x. Also, I bought  a size 22/24 knit top last week. Those were size 30-32 in the fall.  Me happy Hugs, LISA

Hi everyone,  I am new to the Illinois board, although not TOTALLY new, I came around 4 years ago when I had my surgery. I started at 283 and got down to 145 which was past my goal, but over time I have put weight back on. I was 215 three weeks ago at the doctor and I freaked out, so I am trying to get back to basics. I weighed 207.5 this morning, so I have lost 7 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks. So, I am excited to be moving in the right direction again.  I live in Mahomet, which is close to Champaign-Urbana, although my family is in Shelbyville and my in-laws are in Bartlett...so we have family spread all over Illinois.  I am a 38 (as of the 24th) year old wife, mother and grandmother. My daughter is 19 and my grandson is 1....so I manage to keep busy. Hubby works for the Railroad and I do clerical work at a law firm.  And that's about it! Hope to see more of you!  Tiffany

I just got back for picking up my auto pap from Lombard.  I went to the hospital to see my dad afterwards.  While I was there, the doctor wanted to discuss some tests they ran this morning w/ the family.  So needless to say, I did not make the Rockford meeting.  It starts in 15 min and there is no way I can make it!  I am soooo upset about it!!!!  I really had my heart set on meeting  Connie and seeing Dawn again.  I promise I will be there for the next one!!!  This auto pap thing will be interesting!  I am getting ready and super excited about surgery.  Everyone on here is awesome!!
