Hey Everyone
It's Friday and I for one am glad
I wanted to take a moment to talk about the effects exercise has on us mentally
I have found and get emails to back this up, that no matter what is going on in your life if you do some kind of exercise it really helps us with the stress and to see thing clearly
So even if it's a short walk, try and do something, it will make you feel better and stronger to take on life's challenges
I went to the gym this am and don't have time to post all the sets but worked on my
Triceps
Biceps
Back
Shoulders
Going to the gym tonight for boxing... I am getting addicted to that I think

I did.....even though it was tempting to stay in bed, I got up and did 37 minutes on the bike, then stopped at the grocery store and power-shopped for all the makings of the office's corned beef and cabagge lunch that I will prepare for Monday.
All before 6:30 am!!!
I NEVER thought that I would have THAT kind of energy.
I feel the need for a nap now, but oh well!

I was kinda the same way this morning...just didn't want to get out of bed. I think it was the return to the cold weather that makes us feel that way.
Anyway, I did go to the gym.. We are such good girls are we not?
