Thanks, I'm sure the 4 weeks will go by quickly with all of the appointments coming up in between now and surgery. The 6 month supervised diet went by fairly quick and this wait isn't as long. Glad I proofed this message before sending it. I'm sooo excited, I can't even spell.

Congrats on you date, it will be here before you know it and you will be a loser too.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
