Hey Everyone,
I can't believe it! They are saying the sun has been spotted over IL. And will stay a day or two. I am hoping to get out and walk some and ride my bike
I am doing the happy dance.
Man yesterday work wise was a killer
I hope today is more "calm".
So I did get to my boxing class last night and there was no steam in my engine. Not sure why, just really tired I guess. I am headed out in a few mins for a morning class. They keep changing the schedule and I am trying to stay on it. I also, "want" to go to the gym tonight for my upper body workout

I've been in physical therapy for a back injury and getting better. the physical therapist is working me hard - but I love it.
picture this - me standing on 1 foot on a bosu ball,throwing a medicine ball at a sideways trampoline and catching it when it bounces back. did I mention all while standing on 1 foot, "abs tight, back straight"
I had to ask him if his insurance was up to date for when I fall off and break something.
it is my own fault - I told him the balancing on 1 foot on a cushion was too easy.
I think he was having too much fun devising new challanges for me.
but I was so proud of myself for being able to accompli****

Yes, I did! I met my challenge and added some more speed to my stationary biking, so that in the middle, I did a full mile at 25 mph, while the rest of the 37 minutes was at 20 mph. THEN, I did my stability ball workout that took me about 25 minutes this morning.......all before 5 AM!!!!
I have to thank you for the tip about the "eating clean"......I lost 2 pounds and they stayed gone all week!!!! That is the first loss in 6 months, so I thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I didn't realize how much processed stuff was getting into my diet each day. I ate hardcore clean all last week and it seems to have made a difference. Let's see if it continues................
