Did You Move To Lose Today? Now I know why the melt down!
Hey Everyone,
I didn't make it to my boxing class last night.
I got caught up in stuff for work and didn't get done until after 6:20. My class is at 6:30 and I need at least 30 mins to get there. I was laying in bed this morning not wanting to get up and I said damn it, this is getting old. 1 day turns into 2 and then 3 and so on. So I did get my butt out of bed and hit the gym.
Back/biceps and ab day!
Bicep curls - 25lbs 2x15
Bicep pulls, machine - 2x15
Bicep curl, bar - 25lbs 2x15
Bicep curl incline - 7.5 2x15
Bicep dip, barbell - 15lbs 2x15
Barbell pull down - 2x15
Row pulley - 25lbs 2x15
Back dip with 10lbs weight - 2x15
Side dip with 15lbs weight - 2x15
Incline sit up with 18lb medicine ball - 2x8
Sit ups on exercise ball - 100 front 50 side
Leg lift ab kicks - 2x15
I realized today why everything kinda hit the fan and I feel apart. It wasn't the house or my stinky marriage or money or anything like that. But I would have told you it was. I realized it was all the talk about Patrick and his Pancreatic Cancer. You see my Grandpa on my Dad's side died of it over 30 years ago. My Mom died a horrific death 17 years ago with it. I am so damn anger because after all these years NOTHING HAS CHANGED. NO advancement, no treatment, early detection nothing. And why? Because the death rate is 95%. I posted on the rants and rave board about it. But that is what had me sooooo angry this week and I didn't realize it until now.
So, thank you for putting up with me. And I hope through me you can see you can crash and burn exercise wise and get back on the
as they say. So back to the gym this morning and boxing tonight. We are on our way

Yes, I did it again today! 40 minutes on the stationary bike at 20 mph (after warm up of course). Is that moderate or vigorous?
I will add some minutes and more strength training with bands next week.
I am glad that you found the REAL issue that was bothering you. It will now make it easier to deal with. Glad you are feeling better!
