Did You Move To Lose Today?
Hey Everyone
Well today is a better day
The only thing that saved me yesterday was NOT having any junk in the house. Trust me if it had been there I would have eatin it. Would it have helped? NO, would I have felt better? NO Would it solve my problems? NO...but I would have anyhow
I didn't feel like going out yesterday, to many tears...but I did at the end of the day get out my free weights and did some upper and lower body reps.
Sit ups - 100
Push ups - 2 x 20
Bi curls - 10 lbs 2x10
Tri curls - 10 lbs 2x10
Lunges
I plan on going to my boxing class tonight....
So my friends, how is it going? Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Let us know how the first week is going on our challenge? Do you feel you are pushing yourself? You don't want it to be easy but not impossible either
Stay Sexy, Sassy and Strong.
Take care,
Kathy

Yep!
ON Thursday, I did 35 minutes on the bike at 20 mph. Then 50 situps and some stretching.
I took your advise and checked out "The Daily Plate" and it is great!
I have a question (or two), and MAYBE you (or someone else here) know the answers:
On the TDP, the stationary bike has 2 levels, Bicycling, stationary: moderate, 150 watts
and Bicycling, stationary: vigorous, 200 watts. Is 20 mph moderate or vigorous?
My bike is very old and just has a speedometer, it is manual, no electricity involved.
(Of course, then the regualr outdoor bike has 3-4 levels, and says that 20-20+ mph is extremely vigorous, so I am quite confused.)
I am concerned that I use the correct classifiaction so that I can figure out the calorie balance that my body needs.
I am eating clean and every 2-2.5 hours, and I MAY have lost 2 pounds!!!!!! ( don't want to get too excited by the loss yet, as I have been bouncing up and down 2-3 pounds for 6 months, but this is the first time I have stayed down for 2-3 days in a row.........
