Thursday Roll Call

Morning Illinois!      Well first let me thank all of you for the support you have given me.  I shed many tears yesterday reading your PM's and replies to my comments yesterday.  It means so much to me and I am looking forward to meeting you all in April!      Today I am heading to court so I can see my daughter again.  It will be tense, but as many of you said, God only gives us what we can handle.  I didn't know I could handle so much, but I am ready for it.  I can't wait to see my daughter again today.  I am hoping I can take her to Boston to meet her new cousin (and my nephew) who was born on the 22nd of Feb.  Keep your fingers crossed and hopefully I will only be able to post later tonight after I get to be with my daughter all day today.      Remember that it will be a cold one out there, so dress warmly, and remember next wednesday they are saying a high of 52 (WGN in Chicago said that was even conservative!).  The heat is coming soon!  I hope you all have a good day and I will update you all later today as to how well court went! Good Morning Barry and Illinois.... Barry, I will be thinking of you today and keeping you in prayer, this verse has helped me through my hard time so I thought I'd share it with you... Luke 22:31-32 31"Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. 32But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers." It is comforting to know that Jesus prays for us during our sifting... Chris, we prayed for your brother and your family last night at church... Thinking of you... I have to take my little girl to the dentist this morning, weigh in, I have a meeting at 10am, I get to pick up Serenity at 3pm!!! I am excited for her to be home! She wrote us a letter yesterday and I felt it was very sincere... I hope everyone has a safe and blessed day! Jenn

Morning Barry, Jenn and the rest of Illinois. Barry, I hope your problems are over soon. I have been thinking about you.  Jenn, its great that your daughter will be coming home today.  My day is going to be work, then get some errands done. That way, I can hopefully stay home tomorrow and do some things around here.I have some craft projects that I would like to finish, and a few I want to start. This weekend seems like a good time to do it.  Either tomorrow or Saturday morning, I have to make 20 pounds of BBQ to take to my SIL birthday party. Its a surprise, so my daughter asked me to make it,and she won't have to buy it. (This way Mommy pays for it) Bring on Spring. We need it! Hugs     

Good morning Barry and the rest of Illinois! Barry, sorry to hear of the terrible drama in your life.  Hopefully, things will work out as they need to be.  I also hope your lawyer is good.  It is so sad to see people who once loved each other battling so bitterly.  I hope your wife will remember not to put your daughter in the middle, as that is not good for your little ray of sunshine. Jenn, glad to hear that Serenity is coming home and I hope your family is on the way to healing. I am working today, and still feeling better!  I got up at 4 and did my cardio on the bike and some stretching besides!  Tonight, the boys have Scouts so Liv and I will just be hanging out. Tomorrow night, I will go to dinner with my friend.  I spoke with her about the drinking, and she says that she was not talking about "that kind of going out", just dinner and conversation.  I hope so, I can deal with that much better. The sun is shining at the moment, I just wi**** had some warmth.  I will take your word for it and look forward to next week.  Maybe I can shed a layer or 2. Have a lovely day!

Jenn, I am so happy to hear that Serenity is coming home today and I will pray that your family is on it's way to healing. 

Chris, still praying for Jim as well. How is he doing?

Me?  I am working today and then who knows what.  I have been really emotional the last couple of days and said something mean to Tyler last night and of course I apologized but I still feel guilty.

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone has a great day.  I gotta go get my nails done again today and go tanning.  This weather sucks again. I am sick of the cold.  No word on work yet but soon I will be working again.  We are going to see Larry the Cable guy tomorrow.  We have to drive all the way to Michigan.  But I am sooooooooooo EXCITED!!!  Have a great day all!!! ~DAWN

Prayers for everyone else who has things going on. Well, I guess that's all of us. Looking forward to meeting all of you in April.

Everyone, in general I hardly have time to even go to the potty much less be here where my heart is. For the time being my heart is with my family being at the hospital or supporting them in anyway shape or form. I will go up at lunch time to see how Jim is doing, then after work I will go to Target to pick up a baby shower gift(s) for me,  my SIL and her daughter to give for Sunday. The family is getting e-mail updates now in the late evening or early morning with the progress or set backs. The surgery went well yesterday and there is a lot of good news that came from it. He is not out of the woods, but they have a light to follow at the end of the tunnel and he has a rough row to hoe.  Later this evening I am going to support group with Dave.  I will try to get on and give a brief rundown in the next few days. My time is filled to the max at the moment. One thing out of all of this that my eating is right where it should be. I am not grazing and I am getting my proper nutrition in. Like many others I am a stress eater but I have just what I need to eat at home or to bring for lunch here at work. Christine  & ps his sternum did not have to be reattached, nor did he have a blocked bowel.
