Did You Move To Lose Today? Mad as Hell and I don't know why?
Hey Everyone
I didn't go to my boxing class last night and didn't go to my strong class this morning. Maybe that is why I am feeling the way I am today. I am just so mad and tied in knots I want to hit something. Do you ever have those days when you feel sorry for your self. You add up all the sh$$ that is going on and then get mad about it. But then get really mad at yourself because you should be thankful for all you have. It COULD ALWAYS BE WORST!!!!
We bought this house 4 years ago with the hope of selling it in 5 years and make enough money to move to Florida near the gulf, nothing big just a small place. I DID not want this corner lot, but my husband did. The big selling point is the view of the water and bridges and such. I asked if there would be boxes to block our view and they said no. Well, we have neighbors that have 5 kids and the ran out of storage space and built this monster shed that blocked our view of half the water and bridges on one side. Now cable and such have come in and are putting in these huge ugly boxes on the other. If we could sell our house and that is a big if, no one would want to buy it. And with the market the way it is, we would lose money.
Then I see a TV news story about people having to give up their dogs because they are losing their homes and can't afford to feed them, then feel like sh$$ waiting for change and start crying for feeling the way I do.
I NEED CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You may be saying why the hell is she writing this in an exercise thread? Because we need to share the bad with the good with each other. I really do believe if I had gotten my butt to boxing class and or the gym I would not feel so bad. Thank God I don't have bad food in the house so I will keep eating the protein and go to my class tonight and hopefully this will pass. OH, AND STOP COMPLAINING
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? I hope you are having a better day than I am....
Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy
Take care,
Kathy

Well unfortunately, I have not been exercising like a should. I have just been so busy here at work, I have not had the chance to get downstairs to the gym. I usually try and do the treadmill during my lunch hour.
I know I need to put my butt in gear. Last night I did some searching on the internet and I found a gym that is offering belly dancing classes starting in April. So I am going to make my 22 yr who is 5'3" and 125lb daughter go with me.
Hi Kathy!
Yes!!!!!!! I finally feel better! I got up at my (before sickness) usual time of 4 am and did 45 minutes on the stationary bike. I may do some strength tonight too, who knows!
On the "mad as hell" part.......OH YEAH!!!! I can sympathize. I do not have the same problem (house), but I do know how it feels. Just Monday night I was like that and the best reason that I can come up with was because I was still tired from this crappy flu. When I am tired, I AM NOT a happy camper.
You are right though that the exercise helps with the anger----go knock the bag's block off!
Take things with your house one day, one thing, one minute at a time and it will be easier to handle.
Sometimes, you just need to VENT!!!! This is a great place for it! (Also....the gulf is beautiful!)
Hang in there, things always get better!
Hey Kathy,
I will be rollerskating tonight !!! yeah....I know....scary stuff for this girl. LOL.
I was in your neck o'the woods today for a chiro appt....I go back on Friday morning so let me know if you are free or what times work for you. I'd love to get together for coffee or tea. whaddaya think?
hugs!!
Must be the day...here's why for me--When I got up to go to the Y this morning, my thigh muscle was really sore from the last 3 days of running (9 miles since Sunday --which is really good for me)! So, I decided to take a break and stay off the treadmill.
While at school in a parent-teacher conference, I went to get up off a "kindergarten" chair, and felt a "rip" in my thigh...so painful that I was immediately nauseous and had to step outside to get some cold air. From there, I couldn't sit again. Slowly the pain has subsided, but it's definitely still there. I'm sure I just pulled something. UGH!
I'm hoping to hit the Y in the morning and just do the elliptical...a little less pressure on my leg...We'll see what happens!
Hang in there...you're entitled to a vent, especially when you provide us so much motivation! We're here for you!
