When will I stop losing?

I know im being parinoid. Im only 17 weeks out ive lost 75 lbs which is awsome. Latley im losing slower and slower. Like 1-2 lbs per week. I know thats not too bad but im wondering if im getting closer to stopping. Im sure most everyone new thinks this wont work for me. LOL when will I stop losing aprox? Is 1-2 lbs per week a slow loser. can I speed it up a little. I liked it better when it was 4 lbs a week. but thats been awhile ago. Ok im done whinning now.

Hi Sandra!  Glad to see you posting.  I've missed seeing you on the boards.  A BIG congrats on your weight loss.  Wow, 75lbs is great.  It's really hard to say when your body will stop losing as everyone is different.  I personally saw a slower pace at about 7mo but 1-2 lbs a week is still great.  Just keep exercising and watching your food intake and you should be just fine.

Hello thanks ive missed postin on here too. ive had a few stalkers from another forum not weightloss related. They like to copy my posts from here to over there. I think me being fat is funny to them. Oh well. Thats why ive not been on here too much for awhile. Im to the point I dont care anymore. I am so confused about my foods. I dont eat a big veriety of different things. I get about 50 grams of pretein a day. I dont think its enough but the nut does. I love my subway I notrmally eat a 3 inch sub for lunch. either tuna or chicken no extra mayo or sauces. Is that bad to eat everyday? I count  my bad carbs like my dreads. I dont go over 60 per day. is that alot? Im a moron I guess LOL Hope your doing well.

Sandy, your body will just slow down on its own when you are about done with your weight loss. You can speed up your weight loss by challenging your body with additional exercise with a combo of cardio and weight strengthening. When you add more muscle to your body you burn more calories. Increase your protein intake and add more water also.  Chris

Can you give me some cardio ideas for home? This is what I do now. I ride my stationary bike aprox 4-5 nights a week. anywhere between 30-50 miniutes.   I go to curves 4-5 days a week. And I walk 2 miles aprox 4 nights a week. What else can I be doing?
