Help with exercise
As most of you know, I am having severe back and neck problems, and miss working out. I am so afraid of going back to 321 pounds with not being able to work out. Can anyone think of any exercises or movements I can do that wouldn't include stress on my neck and back right now?

I use SparkPeople.com to track things and get ideas. I just went there and searched on "limited mobility", and got quite a few things to check out.
I also googled "limited mobility exercise" and found quite a few options, one being www.gentlefitness.com.
Try it, and I applaud you for wanting to continue to exercise in spite of the setbacks.....WAY TO GO GIRL!!!!
