From Dr Hart's office saying that my oximeter test was great and he's sending over his letter of clearance for me!!  woohoo....I am SO excited.  Tomorrow morning I go to Dr Crane's class and then next Wednesday I do the diet class.  Then I have surgery...soon I hope.  I have decided to go ahead and stop the pill when I am done with this month's on Saturday.  Normally I would continue taking them for 2 more months so I only get my period once every 3 months, but I am hoping that since I plan on stopping now I can have surgery sooner.

Dawn, she will have to stop taking the BC pill temporarily due to the fact that the pill contributes to the high incidence of blood clotting.  I am sure she will go through what to use and when she can start her pill again with her docs.  Chris

What Christine said. I have to stop it for one month before to lower the risk of blood clots.  I can start it again after surgery when the Dr says it's okay.  Though I will always use another form of birth control as well, no more kids for me!  I have my hands full with the boys I have now!  lol

That's great news!  Dr. Hart is who held up my surgery.  I had to have 2 sleep studies and then be on a bipap machine for 30 days before he would approve me.  He was not on my "good guy" list LOL Hope to see you this morning at group.  I'll be at the 10:45 one,.
Regards and hugs,

Ronna

That is great news, you will be a loser in no time,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
