OK, I think the issue with not being able to post to threads is fixed I am so depressed today....  I have not been able to go to the gym and or class for days due to the bad weather.  It really does effect how I feel.  That being said, I am going to get some stuff to put in the basement as a back up plan.  Here is what I did last night Shadow boxed - throw punches without hitting anything.  Sit ups and push ups on my ball 40 mins on the treadmill on an incline of 8 So my friends, do you like my sense of humor?  You know the smile with the sunglasses Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on and make me feel better.....let me see you guys and gals are getting it and dreaming of those warm summer days where we show off how much we have lost and how much we have toned those bods. HI Kathy! I have not moved.....yet!  When the alarm went off at 4 am this morning, the warm bed won.  I have been a bit tired (and maybe cranky) and really felt that I needed the rest more.   BUT......... I still have tonight to try and get in some work on the ball, so all is not lost.  Today was a strength day and that may be a bit easier to slip in tonight.  We will see.  But I also understand that it is NOT the end of the world to miss a day, as long as I don't miss most days.  Right now, my average is 6 days a week, and that seems pretty good to me! I do not have any kind of membership anywhere because I know it would not get used as it should.  I always work out at home (in the warmer weather, I will try to get outside on a REAL bike....).  I have resistance bands, a stability ball, and some small dumb bells.  I use these and it is amazing how many different things that can be done with these pieces.  I go to SparkPeople.com to find new exercises all the time. We do have a weight bench and some free weights, but I do not know the correct way to use them yet.  I plan to get someone to teach me, so that my 14 year old son and I can explore them together. Thanks for the accountability!  Enjoy the sunshine today, I sure am!

yesterday i did 30 min of cardio and 30 min of strength training. this morning i did 45 min of cardio
