Things are looking better

Hi Everyone, I truly went through a very tough time and then my computer hard drive crashed so I couldn't keep in contact with anyone. I am doing much better now. I am seeing my docter for my depression on a weekly basis. I go for my 3rd fill this thursday. I also wanted to give you all the good news. My daughters neighbor bought a high tech tread mill and gave me her other one. I go on it for 15n minutes everyday..what a difference in my energy level its amazing. I thank God for holding on to me and to all of you who have been there for me. Especially my Angel..LISA, who has never given up on me. My prayers for all of you are on going. This lenten season has me filled with so much hope.

Marilyn, you don't know how much I have been thinking of you. I am so glad that you decided to rejoin us. Also that your depression has lifted and you are seeing your doctor. Hugs

Marilyn, Glad to see you back! That depression can get to all of us! If you ever need a good psychologist I have one in Elgin. Her name is Amy Robinson and she is wonderful! You will probably feel better after you get your fill also!

Glad you can come back and join us. nice to see you too. I now you will love you tread mill, I have used my Daughter's and I am looking to get one of my own, I would love to get out and walk out side but with all the snow and cold it makes it hard. glad you are feel better. take care.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
