Hey Everyone
Well yesterday the weather was so bad they even closed malls. Now that is serious when we can't shop
So I did some ab work and core work on my ball, but I was so tired I didn't do much. Got a great nights
and feel really good. I am going to my Kick Boxing class tonight.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on and let's get our butts going. Summer is just around the corner and try to picture where you want to be when it's time to put on the shorts and bathing suits.
