Guess what?????? Great new!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it, I've been approved!!!!! After calling BCBS last week inperson to speak w/ someone about why I keep getting denied, Dawn called me yesterday and said I was denied because I did not have a psych eval. I told her I did and she revieved my file and said she clearly saw it! She said to be fair and not keep me on the phone, that she was going to review all 152 pages of my file and call me back. At 9:22 the phone rang and it was Dawn again from BCBS and she said she review my case w/ a supervisor and she highlighted all the requirements. She then said the words that I have been waiting for for a year...."we have approved you and will be sending a letter out to you and obesity law and the kane center". She asked me if I was still going to have my surgery done thier and I told her yes, because it was a center of excelance and she said that was great!!! I can't believe it!!! I want to thank everyone for the good advise! Follow up and be persistant!
Watch out bathing suit season.....hear I come!!!!
