Tuesday Roll Call

I don't mind posting where I live here. No one seems like the stalker killer type.  I am on the east side of Aurora, just off 34 and 30.   We are the farthest east and the farthest south you can go in Aurora.  My kids actually go to Oswego schools.   Are you familair with Rush-Copley hospital?  If so we are east of the hospital off Eola between Hafenrichter and Montgomery. It is a newer subdivision, and we love it here. This was a BIG adjustment moving here since we are both from the Lombard area.   Actually I grew up in Lombard.  It was so quiet here the first couple of nights I could not sleep.  Where in North Aurora are you?   I would love to meet up with you! 

I am the farthest north and east in North Aurora you can get.  I am right off of route 56 (Butterfield) in between Mitchell and route 25.  If we were one block north we'd be in Batavia and one block east we would be in Aurora!  lol

We should definately meet up.

LOL   That is how we are with Oswego.  And even funnier is that we are in the 4 pointe area.   Meaning that we are blocks from where 4 different counties meet.   We live in will county, across the street is dupage county and down the street is Kane county.   My kids school (which is in walking distance) is in Kendall county.   My neighbor behind us and a couple of doors down has a quarter of her yard in Dupage county  - the rest is in Will county.    It is wild .  We pay taxes on Fox Valley park district, and can use Oswego park district and public library.  Are you near Red Oak? Yes I agree we should meet up.

It's crazy isn't it.  Yes we are only about a mile from Red Oak, it's right down rt 25.

Well, being back to work from vacation has been busy. Vegas was nice, just not warm enough. I am having a rough morning because I tried to eat an apple last night and it didn't agree with me. I still feel stuck. Water can't even get through. I have been tight ever since the flight to Vegas and I haven't really loosened up. So, I geuss I might have to make a trip to Barrington before the snow to see the doctor.  Theresa, Rockford

Hello everyone, first time posting on roll call.  Today I will be working from 8am -7pm then when I get home trying to unpack, STILL, we moved last Thursday and still have nothing accomplished.  Then I gotta go to the store and buy stuff for my trip to Chicago Wed-Fri for my intial consult with my hopefully soon to be doc. Busy day as usual!!!

Hello Jacqueline - welcome to the board. Stop back in when ever you can. Hopefully you will get finished with your packing soon and can enjoy your new surroundings. Keep us all posted on your consult with the doctor. Did you find a place to stay yet that is reasonable? If you have not hopefully you will get in contact with the doctor's office and they can help you. Chris

Good morning IL. Sitting at work waiting for the snow come again!! Hope it isnt bad driving to work tomorrow. Not much going on here. Was sick yesterday and still trying to get over that!!

See you on Thursday at support group. The sleet was coming down a short while ago. Well, need to go and fix dinner. Chris
