Did You Move To Lose Today? Greetings From Florida!
Greetings from sunny Florida. Well the natives say 65 to 70 degrees is cool but I think I died and went to heaven. Coming from 10 below to this is awesome
We then stopped at a road side stand OMG
The fresh fruit was to die for. We picked bananas off the tree and the oranges were so sweet. If you live up north like me even when you get fruit in the stores, they pick them green and they never taste sweet.
Sunday, we hit the ground running and went to the flea market, and walked the beach and Charlie plays golf so I was her caddy and pulled the cart up and down the hills. WE got a great work out. Before we went to bed Charlie was teaching me the electric slide and the boogie boot scoot. Dancing fools
We checked out the weight room here and they have a pool in the same area. The smell of chemicals would kill you. You know breathing deep is important when lifting weights I told Charlie no way are we working out there.
Today we are going to a lighthouse and will be doing steps and walk the beach.
So that is what we have been doing to Move To Lose the weekend and today.

Enough rubbing it in my friend. I so want to be somewhere warm right now. I made it to the gym this am. Walked / jogged the treadmill for 45min. I was a little scared I may of pushed it a little w/ my foot. It's a bit sore right now but I'm sure it's fine. I also met w/ the trainer and went over my personal goals and what I need to do to achieve them. Tomorrow I will meet w/ her again to go over the weight machines and determine what weight I should focus on, make sure my breathing is correct and keep up my targeted heart rate. Once I pulled my butt out of the bed this morning, I felt really good that I started the week and morning off right. Have fun in FL! Christina
