Hi Illinois! What's going on today? For me it's work! NPR says more snow and bitter cold. Oh well. It's winter in Illinois! Fortunately I have a beautiful view of trees and evergreens outside my window at work and a great group of friends there.

Good morning.  Nothing really going on here today.  Cleaning house, and that is about it.  Tomorrow I go to the doctor about my shoulder.  My pcp is sending me to a specialist.  I am so ready for spring. Dee

Good Morning. The only thing in my world today is work also. We might be going out tonight with friends for dinner, but will not know until  later. None of our friends get out of bed until  after I go to work.  We still have a bit of blowing and drifting snow down here. You girls and guys in the city, never see that. But out in this area, there isn't alot to stop it. I will be seeing Dr. Guske on Friday. We can see how I am doing at that time. Other then that, not much happening. Good Morning everyone!   not too much going on here today.  I have to work of course then come home and do more homework and deal with 2 kids with horrible colds.  Tyler is worse than Austyn, but Austyn acts like he's dying.  I swear if Mike doesn't make that appt with the psych soon for Austyn I am going to blow. 

I will check the mail again right away when I get home too...LOL

Good Morning Connie and the rest of Illinois.... I have been on here a little here and there... Dh and I have been painting... and I can now say I do not like painting!  We painted my oldest daughter's room and the Hallway upstairs so far... Still going to do the upstairs and downstairs bathroom... I want to do the kitchen and living room too but will take a break after the bathrooms are done... I did make some Pumpkin Protein Muffins yesterday and they were so good!  Dh and I are also going to a parenting class tonight "Parenting the teen" it is a 8 week class I have my hands full with my 12 year old already  Try to stay warm everyone... and have a good day... Good Mornin all, I am doing absolutly nothing today. Today is the first day in a long time that I do not have to run any where. With all of the pre-op testing this past week it seemed like I was coming and going from home to shol then to hospital then back home and start all over again the next day. I suppose since I am hom today I will of course do 10 loads of laundry (atleast that what i feels like). Take care everybody and stay warm. Measha

Having been the single mom to 4 girls I feel your pain.  Girls should be put in a cocoon as soon as they get hormones and released at about 23 or after child birth-when they appreciate you.  Good luck-wishing you much patience and a sense of humor-hugs-Janet K

Good Morning Everyone,  I have a busy day today as usual, I have an interview at 11:30 then my son has a dentist appt at 12:30 then I have my trainer at 3:00, I have been bad I have not worked out in 3 days.... UGH... So today I get back on track. I am also out of protein wafers so I need to get some more of them, so more running around. I hate days like these when I am running all day... So today will be full, I hope everyone has a great Day... Love Martha

Ok today I cheated and took a cab from the train station to work.  I have been here 90 minutes and can finally feel my toes again from when I was waiting for the train at the train station.  It is just too cold out.  Tonight I get to see my daughter again.  I miss her when I can't see her.I will just pick her up and take her home and play with her then put her to bed.  Not much but I will take what ever time I can get. So that is my day today.  Exciting, eh?
