Hey Kathy,
I've been slacking the last week or so....due to work issues. Soooo, today I got on that Gazelle for 20mins....and then did some stretches and balance ball work.
Bellydance class starts this Saturday...then aquasize on Monday and QiGong on Tuesday....so I think I will be getting back into the game.
Did I tell you that "he" has one of those Treadclimber machines? Ugh!! That thing is torture....but I know it is definitely a good workout..
I need to get in some strength training though....I have arms like spaghetti...weak weak weak!!
