Yup I live in Wilmington. I noticed you live in Beecher? That is where my favorite restaurant is the Princess Cafe. But anyways onto to important things. My doctor is Dr. Brian Lahmann through Silver Cross Hospital. He is damn cute so of course it made it easier to see him!! Also he does take self pay's as well. You may want to look into it. And yes I had a RNY which is Gast Bypass. The other is called Lap-Band or Restrictive Band. Since Dr. Lahmann and Dr. Joyce just created a new band called Realize. You are actually not to far in size from me. When I started out I was 240's. I am down in the 170's now. (I don't own a scale, so I don't become a fantic). And I really didn't do the surgery for the wieght I did it for my health and so far everything that was wrong seems to be "cured". But my heaviest was 283. Things are going well. I am 6 weeks out. Currently I have hypokalemia(low potassium) which makes you fatigued but I work though it. It's getting better though because I am not feeling as tired. Things got better when I returned to work. Let me know if you would like to talk and I can give you all the nitty gritty it you like. Hope all is well!!

Yup everything is good except for potassium. Which was my own fault. I was not taking the Klor-Con powdered stuff because I kept gagging. But I figured out a way to take it and stomach it. So I am feeling better. Excercising 4-5 days a week. Gym 2 days a week. Busy as hell with work. Oh I forgot to mention I went roller skating last weekend. The first time since I was 9. Damn is that a workout. Anyways I'll talk to you this week.
