OH BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE
Single digit temps today with the wind chills of 30 below, brutal. Wasn't it just a week or two ago it was in the 60's? Now that is what drives ya nuts
Well yesterday I took my bar bell class in the morning and then last night took a Muay Thai class. My first and it's a style of kick boxing. When she had us doing lunges I thought I was going to die. See I had done them in class with weights in my bar bell class. My legs were screaming at me *^@#?<>_+}{!
I was going to get up and go to a pilates class this am and boxing tonight, but my body said
I am going to see how I feel tonight.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? We did it
Another week down. For those that are just starting out, you didn't think you could do it but you did. For those that this is routine, another week of staying healthy and feeling good. For those that didn't go. No problem,
Just get back up and start again, and again, and again. We are here for you always.
Have a kick a$$ weekend and if you are doing the football thing, make sure you have plenty of good food and jump up and down when the team scores and when they mess up, great cardio

Nope..........the bed won this morning. The extra hour of sleep seems to have boosted my mood a bit though, so it was worth it. Not a big deal as I get one day off a week, and had it scheduled for tomorrow, but I really like doing the Namaste Yoga on the fitness channel. It is only on at 7:30 am, so Saturdays and Sundays are my best bets for that. I really need to remember to tape it so I can do it whenever I want.
I may still do something tonight at home, maybe Olivia and I can "Shimmy".
I am really getting to the point of throwing in the towel and giving up on the measuring, weighing, logging, exercising.........but I won't give quite up yet. (Although I have to admit, I like the sleep.) I think that I feel better since exercising, but I have been doing it so long, I really don't remember what it was like "before". It would just be so much easier if I was seeing some results. No change in 5 months SUCKS!!!!!
