Thanks...at this point I can use all the help I can get...ENTERING bandster hell....I am feeling good and wanting to eat all the time and I sure as heck don't want to gain wait before my 2 week post op....ugghhh that would be terrible.  Course I made homemade potato soup to puree for myself for dinner....way more calories than  I have been eating...just to have a treat...back on diet tomorrow....and back to work.  I don't know how everyone takes off so much time after surgery, I would eat ( drink) myself out of house and home...lol....Glad to get out and go back...whew...

Congrats on your surgery!  I know what you mean about being at home.  I was off work for almost two months after my foot surgery Nov 30th and it was really hard to stay away from food.  I found myself slipping back into bad habbits.  So glad to be back into a routine. My advise would be to keep a huge paper trail!!! This will help with getting your ins. to pay as well as afterwards for skin removal. Dealt with BS/BS & Humana and they were both great. You have to be the active one is what I figured out!
